How do I pay for my purchases online?

We currently do not offer COD services for our products.
What information do I need to for online payments?
- Credit Card: You would need to provide us with the card holder name, card number, CVV number and card expiry date. All these details are available on the credit card itself. You would also need to have your 3D-secure password or one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email ID or phone number for secure confirmation of the transaction.
- Debit Card: You would need to provide us with the card holder name, card number, CVV number and card expiry date. All these details are available on the debit card itself. You will then be re-directed to your bank’s secure page for 3D-secure authorization where further validation details may be required.
- Net Banking: You would need to select your preferred bank, and provide the bank account number and IPIN.
What is a CVV number and where is it available?
The CVV number is an important security feature that helps prevent fraud. We ask you to enter the CVV number during your transaction to ensure that the physical card is in your possession.
For Visa / MasterCard: CVV number is a 3–digit code printed on the back of the card.
Is it safe to use my credit card, debit card or net banking?

Does Clarastar.com store my credit / debit card information or my net banking account information?
No, clarastar.com does not collect or store your credit / debit card information or your net banking account information. When you choose to an online payment option, you will re-directed to our trusted payment gateway site secure.payu.in for processing. Your card / account information is securely authorized by PayU and corresponding banks, without any information passing back to us. Only your login and delivery details are saved with us.
Will I be asked by Clarastar to share card information, account information, or passwords over email or phone?
The Clarastar team will never request you to share any of your payment related details over email or phone. These details are only requested during online transactions on clarastar.com and should not be given out otherwise.
Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on clarastar.com?
No, there are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on clarastar.com. Your total order amount will be displayed at the time of payment and before your order is placed. You are not required to pay any amount in excess of what is reflected on the invoice.
How will the transactions on clarastar.com appear on my Credit / Debit Card or Bank statements?
All transactions performed on clarastar.com will appear under the heading of “PAYU PAYMENTS PVT LTD GURGAON IN” on your card or bank statements.
What should I do if my online transaction fails to go through successfully?
Online payment transactions could fail due to various reasons, such as inaccurate card information and internet connection disruption. In such an event, PayU will provide two choices: (i) returning to clarastar.com and re-starting the purchase process, or (ii) re-trying the payment on the PayU page using either the same card / account or a different card / account. You can choose either option to proceed.
Should your account be debited after a payment failure, the full amount will be reversed within 10 working days. Please direct all questions regarding such issues to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Which locations do you deliver to?
You can enter your pin-code on the product page to know if the product can be delivered to your location.
What are your delivery times?
Order packages are delivered between 9am and 6pm during the week. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
How long would it take for me to receive my order?
Our product delivery span is 5 to 15days and it varies based on customer’s location. You shall be sent the package details, where you can track the courier for accurate date.
How is the delivery time calculated?
Following factors play an important role to estimate a delivery time.

- b) Product(s) selected
- c) Seller’s location
Delivery timelines may differ depending on these factors.
Kindly note that Clarastar Trading Solutions is not responsible for any delay in shipping, or damage/loss due to uncontrollable/ unforeseen situations, like: incorrectly addressed orders, recipient was unavailable or un-contactable, climatic conditions and so forth. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for all our orders.
Why is Cash-on-Delivery not offered for my location?
We are currently not offering COD services for our products.
Is it necessary for me to provide identification when I receive the package?
No, it isn’t, though the authorized / intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package.
Can I modify my delivery address?
Yes, if the product hasn’t been shipped, you can modify your delivery address.
What can I do if the package was delivered to the wrong person?

How will I get my invoice after completion of payment?
A physical copy of invoice shall be sent to you with your package. However, if you wish to have a digital copy, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who is your delivery partner?
We currently use multiple partners to ensure that the package reaches you as swiftly as possible. Our current vendor list includes Shree Anjani, Delhivery and Speed Post (India Post) for deliveries across India.
How can I track my order and contact the courier if I have a complaint or enquiries?
Please directly reach out our delivery partner’s website using your tracking number or you can Whatsapp us via our website for assistance in tracking your order.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, write an email at email@example.com. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
It takes 1-2 business days to cancel the order, after which you shall be notified via an email. Refund will be initiated once the cancellation request is created by you. It will take upto 7-10 business days to process refund in case you choose to have money transferred back to the source of transaction. If any delays after confirmation of cancellation/refund happens, you can contact your respective banks directly.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
The payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction is where the refunds are made. The refunds are made in INR and will be equivalent to the transaction payment received in Indian Rupees.
How long does it take for a refund to be reflected in my account?
Usually, it takes 5 to 7 working days (excluding holidays) to reflect refund in your payment account. Although, the same process may take up to 10 working days depending on your respective bank.
Please contact us for your ARN/RRN numbers and then reach out to your associated bank in case the refund is not received within this estimated time.
Can I request for a replacement?
If the product received by you is not as ordered or defective, you can request a replacement product at zero additional cost. One is qualified to receive a replacement only if our inspection of the product displays a defect, is unused and has original product packaging/tags. Your replacement request can be made within 10days from the day you receive your product.
It must be noted that replacement is subject to availability of a suitable replacement. Moreover, the replacement policy does not cover damage incurred during use of the product and will not, in any event, entitle you to a refund, whether partial or otherwise.
